• A recognized university’s BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Electrical Engineering OR Electrical and Electronic Engineering must have a cumulative minimum of 65% marks (average of all semesters) or a CGPA of 6.84 on a 10-point scale.

• With a minimum cumulative score of 65% (average of all semesters) or a CGPA of 6.84 on a 10-point scale from an accredited university, a BE/B.Tech or equivalent in mechanical engineering with air conditioning & refrigeration or related subjects as electives or as core subjects can be taken in any semester.

• a bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited university with a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 65% (average of all semesters) or 6.84 on a 10-point scale.

• BE/B.Tech or its equivalent in civil engineering, with a minimum total of
  65% or a 6.84/10 CGPA from an accredited university.
